Infrastructure

  • Hosting — Cloudflare-protected infrastructure with global CDN
  • Encryption — TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest
  • Authentication — Secure authentication with session management
  • Access control — Role-based permissions for team accounts

Data Handling

  • Your product model data is yours. We do not use it for training or analytics beyond providing the service.
  • MCP connections are authenticated. Agents access only authorized data.
  • Data is stored in isolated tenant environments.

AI Agent Security

  • Permission-controlled access — MCP provides read and write access to the product model, governed by the permissions on each connection. You control exactly what an agent can read or change.
  • Scoped API keys — each connection authenticates with a unique key whose read/write permissions you control.
